Alan Payne 'wide-body' cruiser. The first 66 were built by Whittaker at the Chesapeake plant; at least about 180 more followed elsewhere, production running at least through 1979. Owner's-manual specs: Yanmar 2QM20 22 hp, 1 in stainless shaft, 20 gal fuel, 60 gal water under sole plus optional 28 gal. A forum poster says some boats had original Volvo engines.
