Called the 390 from 1999. LOA 39.75 ft includes platform and pulpit; hull length 34.75 ft. Engines ran up to 480 hp: single or twin Yanmar or Volvo, single Cat or Cummins. Blistering reported on under 1% of hulls per factory records. Tends to wander in following seas.

• Leaking swim-platform bustle hull
  The molded transom extension (bustle) under the swim platform is known to leak and fill with water, soaking its foam; a factory fix arrived around 2002 and many older boats have had a hatch, drainage or pump added.
